Acceptance

By using a donation page hosted by Alexander Strategic Group ("ASG"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the page.

Contributions

When you contribute, you are giving to the campaign or committee named on the page; ASG provides the technology. You confirm, at checkout, that your contribution is lawful — that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, contributing from your own funds on a card you are obligated to pay, and at least 18 years old. Contributions to political campaigns are not tax-deductible. All contributions are subject to applicable contribution limits and reporting requirements.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the receiving campaign together with ASG; impermissible or over-limit contributions may be refunded as required by law. Contact the campaign or [email protected].

Acceptable use

Do not use these pages to submit false information, to make a contribution in the name of another, to commit fraud, or to interfere with the service. We may decline or reverse any transaction we believe is unlawful or fraudulent.

Disclaimers & liability

The pages are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ASG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the pages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
